Takata Airbag Recall
Takata, a major Japanese auto part supplier, has recalled about 7.8 million vehicles, made by 10 different auto makers due to its airbags.
In a crash, the airbag inflator canister is exploding so fast it can send metal shards flying. This is linked to 4 fatalities and over 100 injuries.
